What the weekend holds…

Another week is almost over, I feel old when I say this, but time really is flying now.

Been so busy, had an Indian couchsurfer who made me realize once again what an amazing country and city we live in… It really is awesome to see the amazement on someone’s face when you take them over Kloofnek Road or onto Chapman’s Peak for the first time!

Also had a few meetings for possible upcoming shoots (YAY!) and been working on a few proposals for new clients and rates and cost estimates (I really suck at it!) etc.

Planning for The Swartland Revolution is starting to pick up and today I am calling around to see if we can find some musical talent in and around Riebeek to provide “local-is-lekker” entertainment at this year’s revolution… Follow the progress on Twitter @swartlandrev.

This afternoon I am meeting with Elle Magazine Fashion Director Chris Viljoen (very excited to meet him!!!) to discuss how I can help him take his new Afrikaans Fashion blog Die Rok to great heights:)

So weekend plans?!?!

Tonight we are getting down and dirty at the T.I.T.S launch. Our friends at The Kartel Distribution – who also import Flexfit caps (who boyfriend designs for) – has brought this interesting range of T-shirts into SA and the launch event is at Blake’s Bar (where Relish used to be) tonight.

Friday 11 Feb @9pm

Entrance is freeeeee!

And then it is off to Leentjies Klip (Langebaan) for a Potjiekos en Kamp birthday… Nothing like a tent and a fire next to the ocean… Excited.

and on that note, Have a Happy weekend!
